All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Indian Law. We appreciate your business and respect your privacy!   ALL of your information collected on Pranakart.com will be kept confidential.

We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Prices

Our pricing is calculated using the current prices of the raw material of the concerned product. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of the concerned product/s, so our prices change as well.

Prices on pranakart.com are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Pranakart product/s you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.

 

Product Details

Though we try out best to give you an idea of the product by clicking the pictures in the best possible way they are only to give you a general idea, it’s only when you physically see them that you would judge their beauty!

 

In certain products like crystals, there may be some variation in color or shape of the stone if purchased in more quantity which is only because of the natural significance of the stone, and also each product/s is handmade and not machine-made. The measurement mentioned for the products may differ from scale to scale.

Which crystal will I receive?

The pictures that you see on the product pages are typical of the quality of the crystal offered and are not the exact crystals that you will be receiving.  We are not able to photograph every crystal available. While we cannot guarantee specific requests, if you are looking for certain attributes (such as rounder, darker, lighter, thinner, thicker) please place this information in the Add Note section at checkout and our warehouse will do its best to accommodate your request.

Since each crystal is unique, the sizes and grades do vary, but we sort our crystals carefully to represent the grades and sizes as accurately as possible.  Please see the options box located on the right of each product page for the size and grade information specific to that crystal.
