Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

Mostly the products will be shipped within 24 hours after realization of the payment unless specified. The products will be sent by a reputed courier service and will reach your destination depending on what type of courier you have chosen on the cart page while ordering (Standard Shipping 5-10 working days, Fast Shipping 3-5 working days) domestic.


The shipping charges cover the handling and packaging charges of the product.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, for instance, Riots, flood or flood-like situations, Strike, Landslide and rockslide, Earthquake, or any similar situation there can be some delay in the delivery depending on the reasons mentioned above.


In case of any additional charges for import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country/area, will be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Return & Exchange Policy

We try to select and package the product/s, as far as possible, to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, we will repair it for free if the products are repairable if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 7 days of receipt.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When sending a product back for a refund or exchange, kindly make sure that the item is packed properly and it must also be in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, your refund will be rejected or a partial refund will be issued to you.

Once the return has been approved, the amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment. Kindly note that the Shipping Charges and the Cash on delivery charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and COD charges will be deducted from your refund.

Our products go through a quality check before we dispatch them. However, if they are damaged in transit, just let us know and we will have a replacement sent to you.

There are certain conditions where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  1.  Items with definite signs of usage/ Negligence from your end while opening or trying to use the product.

  2.  Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  3.  Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

  4.  Any item that is returned without original packaging

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is bonafide they are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original mode of payment within 2-3 days.


Shipping and Cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) i.e. Clearance sale, Discount, etc.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. But just because the item is in the clearance section or on the discount that doesn't mean that we are enlisting defective or substandard products, that product/s are as good as new and have not been used or have any defects.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you are not satisfied with our product you can get it exchanged within 7 days with a similarly priced product or by paying us the difference amount if it is of higher value. Replace would be bonafide replace and all care has to be taken from your end so that it would not damage the product.

In case of defective or damaged product/s at the manufacturing level not due to your negligence, while handling the product, You can exchange it for the same item or with a similarly priced product or by paying us the difference amount if it is of higher value. After receiving the product/s from you, the replaced/exchanged product will be dispatched. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you have placed an order and want to modify the order, let us know within 12 hours of the purchase so that we can either cancel or change the order. Once the order has shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

To return/ exchange your product, you should courier your product to Pranakart # 104, 2nd Main, 4th Cross, KSRTC Layout Chikkalsandra, Bangalore: 560061 India. and share the shipping details with us to our email id or via WhatsApp.

We do not provide a reverse shipping facility at the moment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and Cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over ₹ 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As soon as we receive your item, the item will go through a quality check. Once the return is approved, you will receive the refund within 2-3 days working days.
